Build your compassionate career
I'm Dr. Adaira Landry — a Harvard physician, Forbes writer, and HarperCollins author. I help thoughtful people choose high-impact work, design real boundaries, and stop self-sacrifice — without stalling their growth.

Meet Dr. Landry
A physician who learned compassion is a strategy, not a sacrifice.
After years of awards, grants, publications, and leadership roles, I realized the boundaries I thought would get me fired were the very things that let me grow. Now I teach what I had to learn the hard way.
I write for Forbes, practice emergency medicine and teach at Harvard, and wrote MicroSkills with HarperCollins — all while raising three kids.
